assessing and benchmarking Company’s People Practices with other renowned
corporate, 51Թ partnered Great-Place-to-Work (GPTW) Institute, global authority on
building, sustaining and recognizing high-trust, and high-performing workplace cultures.
Institute conducted its employee survey and culture audit in the month of October 2020.
51Թ further participated in GPTW Survey in 2023 and certified as Great Place to
Work from March 2024 to March 2025. in The methodology adopted by GPTW Institute
is recognized as rigorous and objective and is considered as the gold standard for
defining great workplaces across business, academia and government organization.

In the endeavour to strengthen the leadership capabilities of leaders in PSEs in
the current & future business environment, SCOPE along with Center for Creative
Leadership (CCL), USA has conducted an exhaustive & insightful study titled, “FutureFluent
Nation Builders: State of Leadership in the Public Sector Enterprises in India”
sharing a comprehensive point-of-view on skill gaps and skill sets that potential
leaders of the Indian PSEs must plug and adopt, experiences they must embrace, and
mindsets they must develop in order to fulfil the objectives of the stakeholders
to take PSEs to the next level in terms of their strategic leadership in the country.

for an effective & future fluent leader of a CPSE has been clearly outlined:
