Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) issued guidelines vide OM No. DPE/5(1)/2014- Fin. (Part-I) dated 14.06.2018 and designated 51³Ô¹Ï as Land Management Agency (LMA) to manage, maintain and assist in disposal of land/Immovable assets to CPSEs under closure. Further, Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) issued guidelines vide OM No. DPE/3(1)/2021- DD dated 13.12.2021 for Implementation of New Public Sector Enterprises (PSE) policy for CPSEs in
