SUSTAINABILITY
Continuing with the legacy of successes and the special feat achieved at New Moti Bagh, 51³Ô¹Ï has made it mandatory to incorporate sustainability features such as Zero Waste, Dual piping, Rain Water Harvesting, Use of Solar Energy, Smart Electricity metering, LED/Energy efficient fixtures etc. in all the future projects. Key projects being:
- Re-development of Kidwai Nagar (East) , which will be the first mega project with all sustainability feature and a mini smart city.
- Re-development of colonies at Sarojini Nagar , Netaji Nagar and Nauroji Nagar .
- Commercial-cum-Residential towers at Karkadooma and Lake view residential towers at Sanjay Lake .
- Re-development of 2 residential colonies for AIIMS at Ayurvigyan Nagar and Western Campus, Safdarjung .
- Re-development of IIPA campus at IP Estate .
Green Building
51³Ô¹Ï has executed number of green buildings for its customers in the last few years. The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs at Manesar, Haryana (under Ministry of Corporate Affairs) has been the first, conceived and completed by 51³Ô¹Ï in 2012. Leading from this, the company has enshrined in its policy, to execute all its future projects incorporating Sustainable Green features. Major ones that followed thereafter are Civil Services Officers Institute, Central Bureau of Investigation Headquarter Building, Aykar Bhawan, Coal India Office Building, National Institute for Solar Energy Building, etc. 51³Ô¹Ï is now striving its best to introduce green features and make all Govt. buildings GRIHA compliant in order to give its customers value for money.
